Thank you for your interest in eternal life. Because next week is Labor Day weekend there will be no post. God willing, I will post a new essay September 11, 2018. As noted below, I believe the international situation is close to a point that the Russian game theorists may conclude that it is to their benefit to launch a first-strike nuclear attack on the United States. No doubt the Russians will be looking at the fact that the United States is spending hundreds of billions of dollars on new war technology. This includes an advanced space program which may be able to hit any incoming missiles to the United States. While this “star-wars” technology was floated during the Reagan administration, I believe Israel has shown that there are enough advances in this technology that it may be a realistic possibility. Hence, the Russians might want to strike with a nuclear attack while they still can.  By having Trump removed from office the American people can signal to the Russians that our intentions are peaceful. Please do what you can to support peace. Thank you.

Readers: Demand Donald Trump Be Arrested For Treason!

Editor’s Note: This essay was originally posted on November 14, 2016. Because I believe Donald J. Trump is an immediate threat to world peace I am re-posting it. The problem is this: As the Trump administration enters a self-survival mode as a result of several of his associates having been convicted of federal crimes, Trump may start a war or threaten to start a war. The Russians are not a country Trump should play his usual games with as they are a strong group of people who can survive a nuclear attack while the United States would quickly fall apart. From a game theory standpoint we are nearing a point in which Russian strategists will be considering a  first-strike nuclear attack on the United States.
Be clear that when a nuclear attack occurs that political parties will make no difference. Thus, I encourage all Americans, be they Republican , Democrats, or supporters of a third-part to unify in the name of peace. In my view, in order to have peace we need to have Donald J. Trump removed from office as soon as possible. Also, note that in the event of a nuclear strike this may lead to a chain reaction in which other countries such as Pakistan, India, China, and Israel may be required to launch nuclear attacks. While I am hopeful this scenario will not happen, every day Trump remains as President of the United States is another day that risks a world-wide holocaust. For the sake of humanity, I encourage of lovers of humanity to do what they can to have Trump removed from office.

Readers: Demand Donald Trump Be Arrested For Treason!

Premise 1: Donald Trump is a psychopath.

Premise 2: Normal rules of engagement do not apply to psychopaths.

Conclusion: To defeat a psychopath one must start and end at the highest level of attack!

Case Example: When FBI director James Comey sent a letter to congress on October 28, 2016 claiming that Hillary Clinton emails were being criminally investigated, Comey violated federal law which prohibits any public official from interfering with a federal election within 60 days of the election. As it turned out, his claim was baseless and he retracted it 9 days later. Any politico worth his salt knew that Comey, a Republican, hated Clinton. While it’s unclear if he worked with Trump’s people, Trump greatly benefitted them by Comey's actions.

Response: James Comey should have been arrested on October 28, 2016 for violating federal law. 

What the Clinton-Obama team did: Nothing.

Some might say, “Is it  not a bit of an overreaction to arrest the FBI director for violating federal law?” Exactly. This is why Trump is going to the White House....

How to handle Trump: Every day starting after Labor Day, there should have been discussions of lawsuits against Trump University (which alleged he defrauded students), harassment suits from women, the IRS should have audited him, the Justice Department should have filed criminal charges for any misdeeds they could find, states in which Trump has done business should have brought criminal charges. Also, Trump himself should have been investigated for treason for his close ties to Putin.  By the time November 8, 2016 came—if Trump had not already been arrested—he would have been glad to lose the election!

What Happened: Nothing.

Analysis: What the press did not and does not realize is the fact that Donald Trump is a psychopath. He feels no guilt or shame about his misconduct as he is unaware he has ever done anything wrong! To report on the statements or deeds of a psychopath is a complete waste of time. The readers can know who Trump is by reading his text, The Art of the Deal: A clever psychopath who will break all rules, manipulate others to do his bidding, and plot all sorts of schemes. This means Trump outplayed Clinton. It did not matter what she did, he would have found a way to fuck her. An analogy might be a grandmaster (Trump) against a C-class player (Clinton). The grandmaster would have wiped her off the chessboard with ease because he knows so many more ploys than the amateur.

Conclusion: Hillary Clinton never stood a chance against a psychopath. Clinton plays a tight game and adheres to the basic rules of engagement; Trump will not follow any rules because he does not believe they apply to him.

Recommendation: Investigative reporters should look closely at Donald Trump’s ties to Putin.  I strongly believe there are grounds for charges of treason. If so, the Obama administration needs to act with haste as Obama leaves office on January 20, 2017. Readers: Please contact those who might be able to assist.

Being an Immortal: Allowing God’s Powerful Love To Flow, Wisdom, and Accessing God’s Immortal Strength

“Father: Please help me wrap this light bandage around my body. Please activate it with your Powerful, Unconditional Love and keep it activated throughout this day. Please heal me of self-hate, traumas, demons, darkness, implants, sub-personalities—everything which separates me from your Light. Let me be Holy even as you are Holy! Thanks, God!”

1. Allowing  God’s Unconditional Love to flow throughout your being is part of the purification process. I say the above activation aloud each day. While it only takes 20 seconds to say, over time it will lead to powerful transformations! Seekers are encouraged to change the wording to any kind of healing you might like such as physical healing, specific psychological issues or demonic influences. 

2. One’s awareness will be centered in the heart or the heart chakra. This will allow God’s Unconditional Love to flow throughout your being throughout the day.

When one is outside and dealing with other people, however, one will want to activate the Immortal Will, a light pole which is connected to God, then activate the Crown Chakra, then allow this light pole to flow through the body and then to the earth. With this activation all thoughts will have ceased as one’s awareness is just connected to the light pole. It will protect you and guide you if you ask it to do so. Note that the light pole or Immortal Will is the spiritual form of Jesus as Jesus is the Light. 3. To be clear about the various morning activations, each of which only take a few seconds to do, I will give a brief summary:

a. Activate the Transpersonal Point outside the brain.
b. Activate the Spark of Divinity or Soul.
c. Ask Jesus to be connected to your Soul this day.
d. Ask the Holy Spirit of Truth to be fully activated in the heart.
e. Center your awareness in the heart chakra.
f. Construct and activate the light pole or Immortal Will.

b) Activating the Light Consciousness by Shifting One’s Awareness to the Transpersonal Self to activate the Transpersonal Point outside the brain. 

4. When the activations in point 3 above are done one will have deactivated the chattering brain which the ego uses to stay alive. The goal is for there to be complete silence in the brain. When you revert to the brain and start the sub-vocalizations, then immediately return to the heart region. There will be an overall sense of wholeness of God’s Love is flowing. Of course, there will be times when you will want to use the cognitive part of the brain and thus some brain talk will occur; when you have finished the task, then just return to the heart. 

5. Please note that when one’s awareness is centered in the heart, the Spirit of Truth will connect with the Immortal Will to direct your life. Thus, various intentions such as going to the store, writing a report, or contacting someone will be activated by the Spirit of Truth and then the Immortal Will will automatically perform the action when you are in the flow. In essence, the Spirit of Truth is acting as a substitute parent for one, but in this case one which is leading you to eternal life—Physical Immortality. When you are not in the flow, then you will stop and okay the suggestion from the Holy Spirit; in time, the connection to the body will be the norm and thus one will do whatever is suggested without thinking about it. In this flow, you will be in an Enlightened state as things and activations will just happen; this is similar to being in free fall but without any awareness that you are in free fall. 

6. As part of my morning activations I do various purification practices. The Holiness Prayer is one such activation as one continues to seek forgiveness each day for having done harm to God, to others and yourself. Another practice is to study the “Pain-Body” chapter in Eckhart Tolle’s text: Practicing the Power of Now: Essential Teachings ... - Amazon.com. Note that as Mr. Tolle has pointed out the pain body is a demon-like energy which lives on causing you and others pain. Thus, part of the purification process one will want to be heal of it. The goal is to allow God’s Light to flow through your body, thus allowing for healing, and being able to access His Immortal energies. 7. I will touch briefly on asking for God’s Wisdom each day and accessing his Immortal Strength as I recently wrote a post on this topic: The Holy Vow, Wisdom, and Two Book Reviews . In brief: The seeker opens his Crown Chakra—at the top of the head—and then asks God to grant him God’s Wisdom; then I spend a few minutes in quiet reflection, waiting upon God. God’s Immortal Strength is accessed through saying the Holy Vow aloud upon first waking up each day. Also, one will want to make the Yehsua-Michael Connection: “Yeshua-Michael: Please come into my Core Self or Spark of Divinity. Please give me your Immortal Strength, your joy, your knowledge and protection. Use my voice at the Immortal Frequency to share the words you would have me say today. Thanks, Yeshua-Michael!” 

8. Note: Jesus is an English translation of a Greek term used for Jesus. In fact, his followers call him “Yeshua” as that is his name. We use connect this name with Michael as Michael is the spiritual form of Yeshua. Also, note that Michael existed at the beginning with the Living Father as Michael is the consciousness or animating energy in everything (see saying 77, The Gospel According To Thomas).  This connection is called panpsychism.

Summary: Being an Immortal means God’s Powerful and Unconditional Love flows throughout your being. The seeker can access this Love by activating a Light bandage each day and by centering his awareness in the heart. Various purification practices such as healing the pain-body, which is a demon-like entity, will be activated on a daily basis. Asking God for His Wisdom each day is also part of being an Immortal. Finally, one will ask for God Immortal Strength throughout the day; often this will be done via “Yeshua-Michael” and will usually be done just before going outside the house. When these practices are fully allowed the seeker will be in flow and the Holy Spirit of Truth will activate the Immortal Will to guide one’s path to eternal life or Physical Immortality.

Being an Immortal: The True Will For Physical Immortality, The Spirit of Truth, and Making The Jesus Connection, Part II

“Father: Please give me the True Will for Physical Immortality. Thanks, God!”

1. The first step in becoming a Physical Immortal is to want to be a Physical Immortal. This is both a gift and something which is renewed each day. God in His infinite Wisdom chooses the elect before the foundation of the world: “I shall choose you, one out of a thousand, two out of ten thousand. And they shall stand as a single one” –Jesus, Saying 23, The Gospel According To Thomas. Thus, the elect have the will for Physical Immortality implanted in them before they are born (see Jeremiah 1: 5). Also, the seeker will want to cultivate the True Will for Physical Immortality each day. 

2. In a spiritually-engineered form the True Will for Physical Immortality transforms itself into a light pole which connects to God, enters the crown of the head, moves through the body, and connects with the earth. The seeker will want to activate this light pole before going out and about in public as it offers guidance and protection. The activation will only take a few seconds. Please see last week’s post, Being An Immortal: 1-Hour Meditation Practice Each Day, Part I  for additional insights. 

3. The reason the elect separate themselves from the world is to keep from being influenced by the demonic influences of the world. Thus, I have taken a vow of silence and speak to no one except for brief transactions such as responding to clerks at store or individuals asking for directions. Please see a previous post on this blog: The Radical Message of Jesus: Disconnect From the World and Reconnect With God and God Alone. By disconnecting from the world, I am able to be dedicated to a single goal: To be united with Jesus as a Physical Immortal; there is no other. If the reader has other goals such as making money, or saving the world, or interacting with females, then he has diverted his focus: “ It is impossible for a servant to serve two masters. Else he will honor one and insult the other” –Jesus, Saying 47, The Gospel According To Thomas.

4. In addition to providing the single-minded purpose for one’s life, the True Will for Physical Immortality will also provide the energy necessary to start the quest. Thus, one invites the Holy Spirit of Truth into one’s heart each day and asks for it to guide one’s life to eternal life—Physical Immortality. In essence, the Spirit of Truth will align itself with the True Will for Physical Immortality; while the True Will provides the intention and strength, the Spirit of Truth will provide the direction.

5. “Holy Spirit of Truth: Please guide my life today to eternal life—Physical Immortality. Thanks, Holy Spirit of Truth!”

6. The prayer given in part 5 above is part of the morning devotion and is an invitation to allow God’s Spirit to direct your life. As the Spirit of Truth resides in your heart it will automatically start activating various transformations without your knowledge. Usually, the end result of a transformation is a flash of insight or an “aha "moment. One of my first insights was seeing that my being would be in a certain state, say being sad, and then the brain would make up a story to explain why I felt sad. In fact, the feeling of sadness and the story were not connected; my brain just concocted a story, usually from a previous experience when I felt sad, and then told me that’s why I was sad. This is a pure invention! Note that the feeling of being sad just arose on its own and if one does not engage it, then it will subside in due course. By the way, this insight is one of the first which will lead to Enlightenment. 

7. As noted in a previous post, Making the Jesus Connection , being connected with Jesus starts with finding your Core Self or Center. This is sometimes referred to as one’s “Spark of Divinity” or Soul. The seeker will need to activate a transpersonal point outside the brain before he will be able to access his Center. Once one’s Spark of Divinity has been activated, then the seeker will want to invite Jesus into his being. Note that the body will start to vibrate at a supercharged frequency when the Jesus Connection is made. The body’s frequency will be raised above entropy, thus shifting the DNA aging code. Note that Jesus is the Fire, the animating energy which exists at the Immortal Frequency (see Sayings 77, and 82 in The Gospel According To Thomas).  In contrast, the Spirit of Truth directs one’s life. Of course, as a flawed and limited being I continue to be in error. The hope is that the Spirit of Truth will offer me corrections and thus help me to arrive nearer to the Truth. 

Summary: The foundational step in being a Physical Immortal is to activate the True Will for Physical Immortality. This is a daily practice and one which the seeker will always want to do. Note I do this each day as part of my morning devotion as it helps to focus my intention for that day. The Holy Spirit of Truth is invited into one’s heart each day and asked to direct one’s life to eternal life—Physical Immortality. In time, the Spirit of Truth will create transformations in your being without your knowledge. Also, the Spirit of Truth will bring insights and corrections to one. The seeker renews the Jesus Connection each day by centering his awareness in his Core Self of Center. This Spark of Divinity is united with Jesus’ animating energy as Jesus is the Fire! Once this connection is made, then the body will start to vibrate at a supercharged frequency, allowing for Immortal Youthing and thus shifting the DNA’s aging code.

Being An Immortal: 1-Hour Meditation Practice Each Day, Part I

Overview: In this 3-part series I will start with the core of being an Immortal: The daily 1-hour meditation practice. It will probably take the seeker at least a year before he will be able to achieve optimal results with this practice. Part II will include foundational requirements, including: The True Will for Physical Immortality, having a relationship with the Spirit of Truth, and making the Jesus Connection as Jesus is connected to one’s spark of divinity. Finally, the third part will include an examination of necessary practices including purification, seeking wisdom, and sourcing God’s Immortal Strength. 

1. The 1-hour daily meditation practice is a commitment designed to construct an Immortal body. Please note that I make the working assumption that there is no conscious life or awareness after death. The advocates of life after death have unconvincingly offered any mechanism in which this would happen without a brain. Reports such as near-death experiences are understood to be more likely to the brain’s way of giving up: At the end of the tunnel of light is complete and permanent darkness! While I acknowledge I could be wrong, after looking carefully at the strengths of the arguments in favor of life after death versus against there being life after death, I estimate there is a 5% chance I am wrong. Here I will invoke a an argument similar to Pascal’s Wager: If I am wrong and there is life after death, then this is an added bonus; If the supporters of life after death are wrong, then they have lost everything. 

2. The preliminary step to the meditation practice is activating the transpersonal point above the head. This is a necessary first step as otherwise one’s awareness will be trapped in the brain. When one’s life force is centered in the brain, then it will be used by the Ego via the story-telling function of the left hemisphere of the brain. In addition, I posit that there is a 5^th dimensional structure which I call the “Matrix” because there are evil entities. I base this claim upon my direct encounters with Jonathan Vernick who was able to take over my vocal cords on two separate occasions: During a public meeting on June 15, 2016 and in a private conversation on or about February 15, 2015. In addition, I directly experienced other phenomena which I believe can only be explained by his ability to access the 5^th dimension and thus enter human beings’ brains and thus control them. 3. Seekers are invited to study a previous post on this blog Activating the Light Consciousness by Shifting One’s Awareness to the Transpersonal Self  for additional insights. In practice for one’s awareness to leave the brain is quite easy; the first step is to realize that it is possible.


4. In one’s meditation practice one will want to construct a field of awareness surrounding the body. This circle of awareness will be about 3-feet above the body. No thoughts can be created at this level is one’s awareness is disconnected from the brain and vocal cords. In an energetic sense one has become Enlightened: One has shifted his awareness from the brain to outside the brain. In this space there will be a sense of boundlessness but the Will Centers located in one’s shoulder area will still be able to direct actions; In Yogic terms, this will correspond to the 6^th chakra and the Solar Plexus. 

5. The first step in the actual meditation practice is to activate the Earth Chakra, located about 1 foot below the soles of the feet. Thus, one allows a connection with the blueprint body (this is connected to the physical body) and the Earth’s Immortal Current. 

6. The Earth’s Immortal Current is allowed to travel through the soles of the feet up the legs and then activate the root chakra or the tailbone. At this point I spend 10-15 minutes doing the spinal column activation practice. See Spinal Column Activation: The Key To Physical Immortality , a post on this blog for additional insights.

7. The third step in this meditation practice is to activate the Resurrection Frequency which is the frequency Jesus possessed when he was Resurrected from the dead. Please see The Resurrection Frequency Meditation Practice , a post on this blog for additional insights. . Note that our saying the words of Jesus from The Gospel According To Thomas aloud each morning assists in activating this frequency as one makes daily connection with Jesus through his sayings. 

8. The fourth step is to construct a light-pole which will go above the head. This light-pole is connected to the Living Father and the light itself if Jesus. The light-pole then activates the crown of the head. In addition, we spend a minute or so activating the Bindu Chakra. This Light will be vibrating at the Resurrection or Physical Immortal Frequency. One will want to allow this Light to be centered in the brain for a few minutes. At this point, the Ego has been deactivated! It is impossible to think thoughts when the brain has been activated with this Light.

9. To review what we have just accomplished: We have found a way to deactivate the Ego. This is something seekers have sought for thousands of years: How to be free from the bondage of the Ego. Previous attempts such as mindfulness training, various meditation practices which encourage one to witness one’s thoughts, and the like are generally ineffective. But here I am offering a technology which will immediately deactivate the Ego: Allow the Light to activate the crown chakra and then allow this Light to be centered in the brain. Of course, the point of the practice is that one can do it while one is engaged in life’s activities; it will only take a few seconds to do this activation. The final goal is the elimination of the Ego.

10. As one allows this pole of light to do through the front of the body one will make sure all the major chakras are activated including the third eye, the throat, the upper heart region, the heart chakra, the solar plexus and the belly region. The last activation is called the Hara in Zen and Tan-Tien in Chinese systems; it is located about 2 inches below the navel and inside the body. 11. The fire in the belly is when the Solar Plexus is activated; this is located just below the rib cage. This high frequency is associated with Jesus or what I call the “Yeshua-Michael Connection.” This activation will allow for the body to vibrate at a supercharge frequency, thus allowing for the body to rejuvenate. See Know Your Solar Plexus Chakra And How To Unravel Its Power for additional insights. 

12. Again, I will stop for a moment so the reader will see the profound result we have achieved: We are constructing an Immortal Body! This practice will shift the DNA aging code and thus allow for Immortal Youthing or rejuvenation. In other words: By uniting with Jesus at the Resurrection Frequency we are allowing God to construct an Immortal Body and thus allow us to have eternal life or Physical Immortality. Of course, one will need white-light protection since one can still die via an act of violence or a major accident such as being hit by train. I would conjecture that there probably are higher levels of constructing an Immortal Body in which these mishaps will have no effect, but I am unaware at this time on how this would be done. 

13. Once this Light-Pole is flowing through the central channel of the body, I use Rebirthing or Consciously Connected Breathing practices to connect my in-breath to moving up the central channel and out-breath down the central. Note that the central channel is located from the center of the head to the base of the belly region. I allow this energy to flow in my body for 10 minutes or so. 

Summary: The 1-hour daily mediation practice will deactivate the Ego and construct an Immortal Body. It starts with the Earth Chakra, moves up the spine, thus activating the body’s Immortal current, the Kundalini, and then through the neck chakra, the Bindu Chakra and then to the crown of the head. Then we activate the Resurrection Frequency which is the Frequency Jesus had when he was Resurrected from the dead. We bring this Light-pole down through the crown chakra through the center of the head and then down the body and return to the Earth to complete the cycle. While I realize this meditation practice will no doubt be overwhelming to many readers, the payoff is many times greater than any effort: The seeker is constructing an Immortal Body.

The Holy Vow, Wisdom, and Two Book Reviews

The Holy Vow:

“Father: I give you everything: My life, my heart, my soul, my mind, my very being. Please give me the Immortal strength to do your will this day. Thanks, God!”

1. The Holy Vow is said aloud the first thing each morning. It is your direct connection to God each day!

2. In the first part of the Holy Vow we surrender everything to God. It is concluded with the phrase “my very being.” Indeed, your very being or spark of divinity is composed of “God Stuff.” The goal is to connect one’s being with God.

3. In the second part of the vow we ask to be given God’s Immortal Strength to do His Will. Without God’s Strength you can do nothing. By using the term “Immortal” we make sure that our intention that day is to live at the Immortal Frequency. Be Clear: To be a Physical Immortal one must live a God-Centered life. The Holy Vow is your vow to God to do His Will today. If the dear reader will put into place this single practice each morning, it will allow for cosmic transformations! 4. After saying the Holy Vow aloud each morning the next step is to spend a few minutes asking for God’s Wisdom to guide me that new day:

“Father: Please grant me your Wisdom in guiding my life this day. Please show me how you would have me live my life today. Thanks, God!”

After asking for God’s Wisdom I spend a few minutes in quiet reflection. The hope is for God to guide my life this day.

5. At some point in my morning practice I will say aloud one-word virtues that I wish to acquire:

“Wisdom, Discernment, Clarity, Clear Seeing, Courage, Mercy, Forgiveness, Honor, Truth, Faith, Joy, Immortal Will. “

The reader is invited to come up a list of virtues he would like to acquire. Saying them aloud only takes a few seconds each day, but will in time allow for powerful transformations!

6. Book Review # 1: 

Thirty Essays on the Gospel of Thomas: Hugh McGregor Ross ....

In  this slim volume of 187 pages Mr. Ross spends a few pages on topics such as “Release From the Ego” ; “To Change Your Knowing” ; and the “Authenticity of the Gospel of Thomas.” The goal of each chapter: To find the inner meanings of Jesus’ sayings and then to apply these insights into one’s life. Mr. Ross focuses his insights into Jesus central message:  

“On the day you ate what was dead, you made it alive. When you are in the Light what will you do? On the day you were one, you became two. But when you become two, what will you do?”

Here Jesus wants us to enter the “Light,” or become Enlightened. In the second question, Jesus points to the split which occurred when you were a child and the Ego arose. At this point—when you were about 3-year old—you became two: A child of God, and the Ego. In order to heal the split the seeker must first realize what has happened to him. Then with this insight, he can return to Oneness.

Because Mr. Ross is a follower of Jesus and takes the injunction at the beginning of Thomas seriously:

“Whoever discovers the meaning of my words will not taste death.”

I strongly encourage any serious follower of Jesus to acquire this text and to read it slowly, perhaps a chapter a day, so that he will not taste death. 

7. Book Review # 2: Unlocking the Secrets of the Gospel according to Thomas: A Radical ... by Charles W. Hedrick.

Warning: Mr. Hedrick does not believe Jesus Resurrected from the dead and thus is not a follower of Jesus.

In this text we have a common method of dealing with Thomas: Have a preconceived notion of what Jesus’ message is; impose this frame on all the sayings; reject all sayings which do not support your preconceived beliefs. Mr. Hedrick’s frame: Salvation comes by realizing that you are a Son of the Living Father:

"When you come to know yourselves, then you will be known and you will realize that you are the Sons of the Living Father. But if you do not come to know yourselves, then you exist in poverty, and you are poverty.”

This is correct: The first step in becoming a Son of the Living Father is to realize that you are the Son of the Living Father. Indeed, this is the starting point. But then one must work to transformed himself into one with God so that he can construct an Immortal Body (see Saying 22, The Gospel According to Thomas).

And where does Jesus fit in Mr. Hedrick’s frame? Except by acknowledging that Jesus was a prophet sent by God, none! In other words, Mr. Hedrick does not believe Jesus’ message in Thomas:

“Whoever is near me is near the fire and whoever is far from me is far from the Kingdom.”

In addition to rejecting Jesus’ Resurrection, and rejecting Jesus’ words that it is only through Jesus salvation can come,

* Mr. Hedrick rejects many other sayings of Jesus in Thomas such as:

 “ I am the light over All. I am the All. The All came forth out of me. And to me the All has come.  Split a piece of wood—I am there. Lift a stone, and you will find me there.”

Mr. Hedrick rejects Jesus words by claiming this is “encroaching on the role of the Father” (page 140).

* He Rejects Jesus’ warning about blaspheming against the Holy Spirit:

 " Whoever blasphemes against the Father, it will be forgiven him. And whoever blasphemes against the Son, it will be forgiven him. But whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit, it will not be forgiven him, neither on earth nor in heaven.”

In his rejection of Saying 44, Mr. Hedrick claims this saying “is evidence of Thomas’ continued adaption to its social context” (page 91).

* He reject Jesus’ direct commandment to Honor God’s Holy Day, the 7^th day of the week:

“If you do not keep the Sabbath as a Sabbath, then you will not see the Father.”

In his rejection of this commandment he claims that when God made the 7^th day Holy and as a day of rest (Genesis 2:1-3), that the commandment to keep the Sabbath only applied to “ancient Israel” (page 66).  

While this text is written by a scholar—Mr. Hedrick is a former professor of Missouri State University—it not written by one who is a follower of Jesus. In fairness to Mr. Hedrick his approach is the usual one among scholars as few of them acknowledge that Jesus Resurrected from the dead. The mystery is why these scholars bother writing these texts as they have no interest in following Jesus.
