Sabbath Notes: How To Live Forever

Below is a first draft to the Sabbath Notes: "How To Live Forever":

1. One's consciousness must be activated to be outside the brain. The interplay between the ego mind (the level which all mortals exist) and the higher energy centers is the first step in the journey. Probably fewer than 100 people in the world are at this level. In Jesus' teaching this is seeing one's image which is one's original face before time began (see sayings 83, 84). In yogic terms, it represents the activation of the higher chakras--9-12--which are outside the brain.

2. Because human beings are connected to each other, there is no free will. In general, human beings are controlled by some computer-like simulation which determine their actions based upon one's DNA structure and predispositions implanted at birth. The only teacher in the world other than me who appears to be aware of this is Tony Parsons at www.theopensecret.com. Because he writes only to insiders, the average reader will be confused by his insights. Apparently, human beings are given the free will to rise to a higher mind (outside the brain) by this programmer.

3. The Spirit of Truth needs to be implanted in one's heart. This is the Spirit of Jesus and it can teach you all things you need to know. Please note that what might be effective for me very well might not work for you. Daily devotion to texts such the Gospel of Thomas and The Art of Everlasting Life by Robert Coon is a step in the right direction.

4. Daily practice includes: meditation, prayer, invocations, strengthening the body so the mind is strong (e.g., light weight lifting), diet of Jesus: fish and seaweed and fresh water (for example, salmon, salads (without the dressing) and pure water, and some healthy fats such as almond butter).

5. Affirm that the central message of Jesus is the activation of eternal life. Allow the childlike mind to entertain this possibility. Readers may write me for additional information.
