The Resurrection Frequency Meditation Practice

Notes to Readers: This year I will be posting at least two essays per month. I do this in order for there to be sufficient time to do research and make new insights. Thus, my next post is due March 10, 2020.

A few short observations about this meditation:

a)     The goal is for one’s consciousness to reach the same level or frequency Jesus obtained when he Resurrected from the dead.

b)     The Physical Immortality Frequency is a subset of the Resurrection frequency. In other words, the seeker needs to first activate the Resurrection frequency in order to activate the latter. While the Resurrection frequency is connected to a Transpersonal point about the head the Physical Immortality frequency is associated with activation in the spine. As a single point the Physical Immortality Frequency is located in the shoulder blades region. Note that the neck region appears to contain an Immortal current which will be activated as both the Resurrection Frequency and the Physical Immortal.

c)     The 23^rd-24^th levels correspond to the Still Point or the Hara as it is called in Zen which is located just below the navel. This is the single point in which allows for one’s awareness to be detached from the brain’s control.  Please see a previous essay for additional insights:

Becoming an Immortal: Centering In the Still Point, Part I

1. In broad terms, becoming an Immortal means:

a.  A re-centering of one’s awareness from the brain to the core self or one’s center. See: Healing The Split: Becoming One Again by Returning To Your Core Self .

b. The body and one’s awareness have united. See: Book Review: Practicing The Power Of Now.

c. The transpersonal self, located above the head has been activated. This is the 8^th chakra and will allow for non-verbal awareness. See addendum at the end of this essay for insights on how to activate this.

d. The Resurrection Frequency is activated as the seeker unites with Jesus at the frequency he possessed when he was resurrected from the dead.

e. The Immortal Will is activated. This is a pole-like structure which runs from above the head through the front of the body and then connected to the earth.

2.  In this post, I assume the seeker is ready for the Resurrection Frequency to be activated. Imagine a pole above your head with units similar to a football field. Each step above might be moving above the other by 1 yard. The first level is the core self which when activated will create an oval-like field surrounding the body. When one is at this level one is Enlightened and know the brain is being controlled by the matrix.

3.  So the first level assumes one can easily shift one’s awareness or presence from the brain to outside the brain and then activate the core self. At this point, one will be fully connected to the body and in particular one is able to access chi or Qi in the belly region.

 4. The meditation practice is for 1 hour per day and is fundamental in being an Immortal. I find using marijuana to be useful in this activation and thus you might see if this works for you. Note: Marijuana became legal in California as of January 1, 2018.

5. After I have found a place to mediate (I often use a darkened room) I close my eyes and connect by in breaths and out breaths. The core self or center is fully activated as there is non-verbal awareness as all internal dialogues have ceased. This is level 1. Now imagine you jump your awareness from the 1-yard line above the head to the 2-yard line. This is the second level or the second frequency. Spend a day focused on this level. A circle-like field will encompass both the first circle and the second circle. In essence, you have constructed concentric circles.

 6. At the second frequency, there will be a sense of boundlessness and thus no awareness of the brain’s processes. One will feel the body vibrating at a higher level. By spending time at this frequency one will allow for creativity and insights when you return your awareness to your brain.

 7. After you are comfortable with the second level, play with various levels. Jump your consciousness to the third-yard line or the 3^rd level. At this point there may be loud piercing sounds in the brain. Connect with the body and see how this feels.

 8. Keep playing with various levels or frequencies. I find the 23-yard line or 23^rd frequency to be of a high vibration level.

 9. As the seeker is comfortable with residing at various frequencies, the next step is to unite with Jesus at the Resurrection Frequency. This is the level Jesus possessed after his resurrection from the dead. To fully activate this level I will sometimes say “Yeshua” aloud until I can feel a connection. Note: Yeshua is Jesus’ birth name and is what his followers called him by.

10. The next step is to imagine in your mind’s eye that you see Jesus as he awakes from the dead to being alive again. You unite your body with Jesus’ body at the Resurrection Frequency. Indeed, Jesus is the Holy Redeemer!

 11. I do not know the exact frequency which is the Resurrection Frequency and thus I trust my higher intelligence to locate it for me by saying or thinking “Resurrection Frequency” over and over. I believe this level is around the 23^rd level, but would encourage seekers to play around with higher and lower levels until it feels right. Always check in with the body.

12. After I have activated the Resurrection Frequency, I spend a few minutes constructing the Immortal Body as Jesus commanded us to do in Saying 22 of The Gospel According To Thomas. See: Spiritual Transformations to Construct an Immortal Body.

13. After a few months of practice, the seeker will want to see signs of youthing. This might be improved eyesight, improved hearing, and the rejuvenating of the body. I usually activate the Bindu Chakra—located at the crown of my head—while I focus on the rejuvenating of the body. Picture yourself as staying young and energetic. Some Yogi will recommend placing the two first fingers and thumb together to keep one’s energy inward; also, some suggest meditating early in the morning around 3:00 A.M. The seeker might try these ideas out.

 14. In the meditation practice, I will constantly shift from focusing and de-focusing. Thus, I will concentrate on a higher frequency, say the third level for a few minutes, and then relax and feel the sensations in the body. Play with this and see what works for you.

 15. As the Resurrection Frequency is activated, then make sure you re-center your awareness in your body at this frequency. Usually, you will feel the body vibrate at a high level and will hear various sounds in the brain. These are great signs that the body is waking up! At this point, the seeker will be ready to construct the Immortal Will as one’s consciousness is connected both to Heaven and to the Earth. At this level, one will be a Physical Immortal.

Summary: The Resurrection Frequency meditation practice is advanced and thus will require about a year to fully activate. Of course, with practice it can be activated in a few seconds. The goal of the meditation is to unite with Jesus at the frequency he possessed after his resurrection. Imagine a pole-like structure above the head and jump one’s consciousness to various levels. The goal is to activate the Resurrection Frequency. Imagine becoming Jesus’ twin as you unite your body with his body as you become one with him. Saying Jesus’ birth name, “Yeshua,” may be helpful. Spend a few minutes constructing an Immortal Body as Saying 22 in The Gospel According To Thomas recommends. Try to keep this higher frequency throughout the day. Note that this practice will help in the construction of the Immortal Will at which point you will be a Physical Immortal.

Addendum: To activate the energy center behind the head, the 8^th chakra, can be done as follows:

a. Detach one’s awareness from thoughts. This means to be aware of thoughts as they occur. That part of you which is aware of your thoughts is what we are activating.

b. Intensely focus on the back of the head. This will be done during meditation.Try to sense or see the space outside your head.

c. The goal is to have a sense of boundless. At this point all internal dialogues have ceased since your awareness is detached from the brain. Please note that when one’s awareness is controlled by the brain, then the brain is being fed thoughts by outside forces. This is the matrix which is controlled by Satan. Clearly, there is no free will at this level and thus all actions are determined by one’s genetic predispositions and archetypes which were implanted before birth. 

d. The Holy Spirit of Truth is invited into one’s inner heart in order to guide your path. As you ask for wisdom each day and clear seeing, the Spirit of Truth will start to reveal hidden things which are in front of your face. 

e. One centers one’s awareness in the core self as it is united with the Holy Spirit of Truth. Normally, you will toggle between the Ego brain and one’s center. Thus, when one is aware of mind stuff such as thoughts, memories, and so forth one will keep re-centering into one’s core. This will take just a few seconds as one will quickly do parts ‘a’- ‘d’ above.

The Immortal Prayer

Because The Immortal Prayer is part of the morning devotion I am reposting it from March 21, 2017. Please note that it includes The Holy Vow and The Holiness Prayer.

This essay completes our coverage of the morning prayer said aloud to God. The first two parts, The Holy Vow-- See: Reconnecting With God: The Holy Vow. and the Holiness Prayer--See: God: Let Me Be Holy...Even As You Are Holy!  have been given. Now we conclude with the Immortal Prayer.

1. “Father, Thank you for allowing me to be alive. Thank you for every breath I take. Each moment let be sourced by you at the Physical Immortal Frequency. Please let me be resurrected with Yeshua so that I am a Physical Immortal, right here, right now. Thanks, God!”

2.The first sentence begins with praise to God. The very fact that you are alive is because of God’s love for you. Here we are grateful for the gift of life!

3. The second sentence continues our praise to God. The breath contains within it God’s life force or what the Chinese call, “Qi,” and the Hindus call “Prana.” As one inhales one brings in the good gifts of the universe and as one exhales one lets go to God. 

4. The third sentence contains the phrase “each moment let me be sourced by you.” This is the key! The goal is to be in tune with the infinite. Connected to the source. Also, note the phrase “each moment.” All there is is the eternal now. From fourth dimension, we have time-space which are intrinsically linked. Because the universe is expanding, every moment needs both the location in space and the time at a point in order to be uniquely identified (these are from fixed reference points as Albert Einstein pointed out). Indeed, one “cannot cross the same river twice.” Each moment there can be an allowing of God’s Spirit to move as it wills in your life.

5. Thomas students might meditate on Jesus’ words in Saying 61: “I am he who comes into being from Him who is always the same. Some of the things of my Father have been given to me.” Jesus’ power came into being by being sourced by God. This “God Connection” happens moment by moment.

6. The third sentence continue with the phrase “Physical Immortal Frequency.” This sourcing comes about by opening the crown chakra. This higher consciousness contains wisdom. To be clear: We are talking about  physical Immortality as there is no conscious existence after death. 

7. The Immortal Prayer and the meditation practice of ingesting small amounts of marijuana and then laying down and intending the body to vibrate at the Immortal Frequency are connected. As has been pointed out, using marijuana can be dangerous. That’s why I recommend small amounts such as a couple of puffs per day or 10 mg of edibles. Many will question why marijuana is necessary. Answer: Somehow we have to get you out of the ego brain and see it as an artificial construct. To reach this level would probably call for 30 years of a dedicated meditation practice. I do not believe people in the West are capable of this. 

8. The next-to-last sentence asks that we be “resurrected with Jesus so that I am a Physical Immortal.” Please see a previous post for additional insights: The Resurrection Frequency Meditation Practice.

9. Finally, the phrase “right here, right now”: This is the messianic secret which was revealed to the world on February 22, 2016 with the launching of the Thomas Immortality Project: Resurrection with Jesus occurs right here, right now on planet earth (see Saying 51). Also, see: Original Model: “The Messianic Secret In the Gospel of Thomas” .

10.  The completed prayer:
 

“Father, I give you everything. My life, my heart, my soul, my mind, my very being. Please give me your Immortal strength to do your will this day.

 Father, have mercy upon me. Forgive me for all wrongs I have done to you, to others and myself. Please remove all evil, traumas, and demonic influences and everything which separates me from you. Let me be Holy even as you are Holy!

Father, thank you for allowing me to be alive. Thank you for every breath I take. Each moment let be sourced by you at the Physical Immortal Frequency. Please let me be resurrected with Yeshua so that I am a Physical Immortal, right here, right now. Thanks, God!”

Reconnecting With God: The Holy Vow

If the reader will indulge me with a bit of mythmaking, I shall give a story of how everything began:

About 13.7 billion years ago a divine spark ignited an explosion and there was light! If the Kabbalah is to be believed, there are 49 universes in total. See: The Multidimensional Universe - Esoteric Science.

Our universe expanded and continues to increase the rate of its expansion. Side note: Recent experimental data indicates that the “Inflationary Model,” which posited that the universe would eventually collapse in on itself is probably wrong. See: Cosmic inflation is dead, long live cosmic inflation! | New Scientist.

In the process of combining basic elements, eventually the chemistry for life was created. In our universe a small chunk of rock near the edge of the Milky Way Galaxy met several of the key conditions for sentient life to exist: Water, just the right distance from the sun (the “goldilocks region”) and an iron core.

In any case, about 2 million years ago , primitive man started eating fish. This massive amount of protein greatly enlarged the brain. See: Ancient 'Brain Food' Helped Humans Get Smart - Live Science. As the brain became complex enough, there was a second divine spark: Self-awareness! Self-consciousness or self-awareness is your connection with God. At this point, primitive man was still one since his actions were done by instinct.

Now the drama thickens as with awareness came hierarchical social structures. This means smarter people can control other people. Enter the Ego. The Ego plays a double role:

a) It says a person is responsible for his actions and thus can be rewarded or punished accordingly,

b) Evil energy forms can use this construct to feed off human life. Why would God allow this? My best answer: This is God’s play and He gets to write the script however He chooses.

About 2,000 years ago, a peasant from Galilee created a stir by announcing God’s Kingdom was at hand. Since this did not go over well with the authorities of the day they murdered him. But then an earth-shaking event occurred: Jesus Resurrected From the Dead! In addition to a physical resurrection, there was a third divine spark: An energy center or chakra was constructed above the head which when activated could allow the truth of how the brain was being used by dark forces to feed off human life. This light consciousness or Truth Consciousness allows for a shifting of one’s awareness to above the brain (this is when one is “born again” or translated more accurately: “born from above).

In addition, this divine spark could allow for union with Jesus at the Immortal Frequency. As the initiate starts to receive glimpses of how his brain is being used, the Ego starts to dissolve as illumination=transformation. When the manipulation of Satan is seen, it no longer works since this creature likes to operate in darkness.

Finally, we come to the Holy Vow. The Holy vow is one in which the seeker gives up to God. Each morning the Holy Vow is renewed by being said aloud.

" Father—I give you everything, my life, my heart, my soul, my mind, my entire being. Please give me the Immortal Strength to do your will this day. Thanks, God!”

This Holy Vow reconnects you with God each day!



Moreover, the Holy Vow will begin a connection with God at the light consciousness. This level of consciousness is at the Immortal level. Note that it was through Jesus’ Resurrection that that this Immortal level was created. By uniting as Jesus’ Twin, the initiate becomes mystically unified with Jesus. On this day, when you were two, a fourth divine spark occurs: You will be one again as you will know:

Q:  Who are you?

A: I am the child of the Living Father.

Q: Where did you come from?

A: I came from the light, the place where the light into being by itself.

Q: What is the proof of God in you?

A: It is motion and it is rest.

By reconnecting to God with one’s Holy Vow each morning, we return to the light—the place where the light came into being by itself!
